The product is beautiful. That being said I didn’t like the time I waited for my order not because I was impatient but because I didn’t know it took that long. They do say some where on there site it takes time to receive your order but you have to go looking for the information. Which you’ll find when you’re trying to find a phone number to call customer service lol. But they do have an email and they do respond to any inquiries. I was just nervous it was a scam. But over all I’m very satisfied and will order from their site again. Also I’m not sure if anything tarnishes because I haven’t had my goods long enough to tell yet. But again over all beautiful products.
