Shipping & Tracking

  • Personalized items are estimated to take 2 to 3 weeks for production during this time. Business days are considered Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM (EDT).
  • Please note, expedited shipping does not include expedited production since the product has to go through manufacturing
  • Our turnaround time is only an estimation, never a guarantee due to the unforeseen intake of orders at any given time of the year. These items are truly handmade by our staff and take a lot of time and care to perfect. Once your item is completed, inspected, and packaged, an automated email will be sent to you containing tracking information.

Expedited Shipping

  • Please note, expedited shipping does not include expedited production since the product has to go through manufacturing

Change/Modify Order

  • In most cases, we accept order changes to be made within 24 hours from the time and date of which the order was placed, but this is not a guarantee
  • Due to the nature of our products being personalized, orders are processed and placed into production within 24 hours

Returns & Cancellations

  • All returns and exchanges for orders placed through our website can be initiated in our return / exchange portal found HERE.
  • Returns on custom pieces will be credited in the form of an E-Gift Card
  • In-stock items can be exchanged for any item in the same collection
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s)
  • Items must be sent back within 35 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Your item will be inspected
  • Please allow 5-7 business days once returns are delivered for processing

Although we begin the process of producing your personalized items as soon as you submit an order, we respect your wish to cancel and will assist with your cancellation if it is within the first 3 days of the purchase date
