At Tres Colori Jewelry we try to make every piece of personalized jewelry as special and lovely as the moment it honors. If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we will rectify any situation.
Items can be returned within 60 days from the purchase after coordinating with our Customer Service team.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s)
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Your item will be inspected
Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the return for your refund to be processed
- Tres Colori is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns
- Jewelry sent back without the RMA, full name and order number will NOT be accepted and will be sent back.
- Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail and repurchase the item(s) in your desired chain size or metal selection once your store credit is issued.
Although we begin the process of producing your personalized items as soon as you submit an order, we respect your wish to cancel and will assist with your cancellation at no extra charge. Please note that you only have 3 days after your purchase to make this happen, therefore, in such cases, please notify us as soon as possible.
